Delia Belleri

Research Group: LanCog
I am a FCT Junior Researcher and member of LanCog, at the Centre for Philosophy of the University of Lisbon. I specialize in philosophy of language, ontology and metaphilosophy. My current research deals with methodological questions concerning conceptual engineering. I also have interest in metaontology and in the semantics of derogatory terms. Before coming to Lisbon, I was a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at the University of Vienna (2015-2021). I was a Humboldt post-doctoral fellow at the University of Hamburg (2016-17), and a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Barcelona (2015), at UNAM (2014) and at the Cogito research centre at the University of Bologna (2013). I obtained my Ph.D. from the University of Bologna in 2012.
