Pedro Galvão

Pedro is Assistant Professor at the University of Lisbon, where he took his PhD with a thesis on rule-consequentialism.  He specializes
in normative and applied ethics, but has interests also in metaethics, metaphysics, and early modern philosophy. Pedro has published mainly on consequentialism, Kantian ethics, abortion, and animal rights. He has translated into Portuguese Sidgwick’s Methods, Mill’s Utilitarianism, and many other philosophical works.
