Ana Rita Ferreira

Ana Rita Ferreira currently works as advisor at DSS – Norwegian Government Security and Service Organization. She received her PhD in Aesthetics and Philosophy of Art from the University of Lisbon (2012) with a thesis on Saint Augustine’s aesthetics; she holds a master degree in Curatorial Studies (2006) and a licentiate degree in Painting (2003) by the Faculty of Fine-Arts of the University of Lisbon. Ana Rita Ferreira is a collaborating member of CFUL – Centro de Filosofia da Universidade de Lisboa and an integrated member of NUPPE – Research Group of the Institute of Arts of the Federal University of Uberlândia (IARTE/ UFU – Brazil), committed to the academic research within the fields of visual arts, art history and art education. She is a founding member of the publishing house Vagamundo (www.vagamundo.fr).
